Months ago, when you could still find some way to contact their support center, I told them there was a problem with the "add personal video introduction", as their system wouldn't upload and save my video, but all I received were useless answers that often contradicted each other in their solutions and no real solution so far. Today finally I got accepted for a project but the link to participate doesn't work. Complete waist of time for me.
