Review Time
Usually never had a problem but in the past 1 month had to raise issues with non-payment 3 times. Twice the payouts were settled. But this third time the researcher named Ramin K from Moneyfarm is refusing to pay despite the fact that I attended. An email confirmation was sent for my attendance. Ramin K failed to turn up, tried blaming it on me then admitted he got the time wrong. Then tried blaming me again saying he did not see me because he still stayed on for 12mins. I wouldn't mind if someone admits their mistake, apologies and requests a reschedule but not when someone blames me for their failure.
I emailed Respondent.io several times with all the evidence, but, there has been no response. I feel cheated and I do not appreciate this dishonest practice. As per their own rules in Clause 7.3 non-attendance by a researcher will mean a payout for participants. And the fact they haven't even responded, helped me or investigated reflects negatively on them. Participants must be made aware that they are likely to be scammed.
awful absolutely the worst people ever. their support does NOTHING, not even reply to emails and they won't pay you. they can't disqualify any response WITHOUT GIVING ANY REASON. so you might spend an hour on a task and not get paid!!!
No support contact. No jobs after months of trying it and filling out countless screeners. Months ago, when you could still find some way to contact their support center, I told them there was a problem with the "add personal video introduction", as their system wouldn't upload and save my video, but all I received were useless answers that often contradicted each other in their solutions and no real solution so far. Today finally I got accepted for a project but the link to participate doesn't work. Complete waist of time for me.
Signed up two months ago and did a few screenings already, yet nothing much. No job is available, you have to be really lucky since there's too much competition and no notifications in the mail for new opportunities so you need to constantly check and refresh the site to see what's available. Obviously, one cannot rely on such platform. The site itself is reliable but don't expect to make real money from it.
They were once excellent and among my favorites, but that changed recently. After the site update, when I complete a study, it saves my data but then claims they have reached the maximum number of participants and no longer require my information. The support team hasn't resolved this issue, and it feels like they don't care. This has happened with my last three studies.
