They state that returns are not accepted, so I reached out via email to confirm sizes and provided my measurements before buying. I ordered the recommended size, only to find it was too loose. While the mask is well-constructed, the fit is inadequate, and the neck strap design pulls the mask down, making it uncomfortable to talk. I contacted customer service, who requested photos and videos. After a lot of back and forth, they suggested adjustments and offered a free head support band, which I couldn’t use due to sensitivity in that area. This is where their customer service really fell short. I requested a return due to my specific situation, having provided my measurements, but they denied my request based on their strict no returns policy. I began receiving pointed emails, repeatedly stating I hadn’t disclosed my health issues before purchasing, which I never claimed. This led to lengthy exchanges. I informed them that due to their inability to resolve my issue, I would be unable to leave a positive review. Their response included a warning about potential legal action regarding any negative reviews. Not the best way to treat a customer. I ultimately gave the mask to my sister, who has similar needs, but her experience was not much better. An expensive mistake for me, especially since I work part-time due to health issues. I cannot recommend this product.
