I needed help due to a heightened sense of smell. The representative and their team were very supportive throughout my mask selection process. Unfortunately, they only operate online, so the representative had to direct me for purchasing the recommended filter mask. Exceptional help and follow-up, which I greatly appreciated. I rated it 4 stars because I prefer speaking to someone directly rather than handling everything online.
