When I asked how to measure correctly, they concluded that my original measurement was wrong and offered a discount for a new order. I pointed out that they ignored other measurements indicating I should have ordered a larger size. Their response was dismissive, blaming me for the misunderstanding and offering a discount as if it were generous. I noticed other concerning issues, like vague claims about their manufacturing and pricing. Overall, I could not recommend this company due to their lack of accountability and unwillingness to improve their service.
