The mask looks nice and feels decent, but I don’t believe it’s worth the price, and customer service was lacking. There was no mention of EU customs fees before ordering, leading to an unexpected charge. The sizing was also off; despite following the guide, the mask didn’t fit properly. Customer service suggested I should have confirmed my size beforehand, yet they refused to exchange it for the correct size. Given these issues, I question the value of the mask compared to cheaper, certified alternatives. Their responses were unsatisfactory and dismissive.
