After asking for proof multiple times, no evidence or written guarantee was provided. Instead, I was met with constant scare-mongering about how other companies can't offer such a guarantee (which, to be clear, does not actually exist).To top it off, their quote was £2,500 more than a reputable national company offering the same product.Avoid unless you want to deal with pressure, vague promises, with no documentation to back up and inflated pricing.
