REST UK installed a 6 kWp solar PV system with an 11.5 kWh battery, and the whole experience was very positive. The whole process from initial quotation to completion took only 9 days.
The installation itself was neat and efficient. The engineers were punctual, tidy, and clearly experienced — cable routing, inverter placement, and overall finish were all done to a high standard. They were also happy to answer detailed technical questions, which I appreciated. Post-installation support has been solid as well. They set-up WhatsApp group where we could and still can ask questions about the system etc.
They provided clear handover documentation and guidance on monitoring, battery settings. The system has been performing exactly as expected.
Overall, REST UK delivered a high-quality installation with no shortcuts, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone considering solar PV and battery storage.
If possible, I would give zero stars. This service is riddled with scams, and the quality of their products is subpar. Orders arrive late or not at all. There are far better options available that I can't name here, but I can recommend a site that offers guaranteed next-day delivery with quality products. This service often sends incorrect items or only partial orders. If you can't afford to lose money or receive incomplete orders, I strongly advise against using this service. Their customer support is frustrating and unhelpful.
