In July 2025 I spent over $300 on comforter fitted sheet and pillowcases with Rest. I was pleased with the cooling affect of the comforter but within in the first month of the comforter the stitching was breaking apart. customer service had me return the comforter to get a replacement but It took them over two weeks to get my replacement comforter after this is where everything went downhill. My replacement comforter seemed lighter and the cooling affect wasn’t as my first one. Now it’s the end of October and they continue to patronize me with apologies and shifted me off to different departments, but they are not willing to say that they will rectify the issue or replace the comforter. I believe that the delay of my replacement comforter took over two weeks so that I would’ve not been on the 30 days refund policy. My opinion is that they are an overpriced and have horrible customer service and do not abide by the warranty. I recommend not to even purchase anything from them.
