The communication was solid. I requested an earlier delivery for my beds due to our house move, and they accommodated this, delivering on the evening we moved in. The only downside was that only one person arrived, despite my paying extra for assembly. The delivery person seemed confused, thinking it was a flat, while we actually live in a three-story house. My son and I ended up helping move the beds upstairs. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the beds and mattresses!
