However, there was a drawback: only one person came for the delivery, despite my extra payment for setup. The delivery person was informed it was a flat, but we actually live in a three-story house. Initially, he hesitated to leave the beds, so my son and I had to assist in getting them upstairs. Overall, I'm pleased with the beds and mattresses!
