Product deffective after one use it stopped working. I attempted to return within 30 day money back guarantee. Company refused because I could not provide a video in the timeframe requested. I have left side hemiparesis and could not take a video and demonstrate the problem with the device. I had to get help to do the video and was refused a refund becausevI was out of the 30 day window. This company is selling broken and defective products do not purchase anything from them.
