I purchased a couple of packages back in January. I booked an appointment over 2 weeks before my appointment, and then they cancelled it 4 days before. I called them straight away to try and rebook but they could only offer me 2 times on the same day before my package was due to expire. They
then blamed me for not using it within the 3 months- despite the fact that I had had my appointment booked for over 2 weeks and it being before my package was due to expire, I had also had to use another package prior.
They were the ones that cancelled on me and then refused to extend my package after offering me 2 times on the same day, which I could not do as I actually work full time and need more than 2 business days to find someone to cover my shift.
When they called me back, said they have to cancel customer appointments "all the time" so I'm sure I'm not the only customer this has happened to. I get that there are unforeseen circumstances where this occurs but to have the customer bare the brunt of this expense is unacceptable.
This company doesn't care about the customer in the least, despite spending thousands over the years.
Save yourself the effort and go elsewhere, I know I will be.
