I've been receiving underarm laser treatments here for three years without issues. However, after trying their microneedling package last September, I developed a burn mark under my arm and dark pigmentation on my face. When I returned to the clinic, I was told a report would be filed, but it wasn't. After finally receiving a call, the staff was defensive and dismissive about my concerns. The follow-up care has been lacking, leaving me frustrated and with visible issues. This entire experience has been very disappointing.
