Following my experience with the clinic's unsatisfactory and misleading treatment, I received a request to reach out to customer support. Unfortunately, the customer support was very inadequate, and I did not get any reply to my inquiry. Why encourage clients to call or email if there’s no effort to address the issues? This dishonesty is concerning.
