I am very disappointed with my experience. $34 was deducted from my account for a subscription that I did not fully understand, as I do not speak English well and could not clearly read the payment terms. I had already paid $2 for what I believed was a one-time use, and I have not used the app since.
Despite clearly explaining my situation and respectfully asking for an exception, my request was not taken into consideration. In my country, $34 equals one full week of living expenses, so this charge represents a serious financial burden for me.
I truly expected more understanding and support from the company. I hope they will treat similar situations with greater fairness and consideration in the future.
