I had a very bad experience with this platform.
I only paid €0.99 to create and download my CV, and at no point was it clearly explained that I was subscribing to a monthly plan of €29.99. There was no clear warning, no transparent information during the payment process, and no reminder before the charge.
After being charged, I contacted customer support multiple times requesting a refund. They cancelled the subscription, but completely ignored my request for reimbursement. I have now been waiting several days without any proper response.
This lack of transparency and poor customer service is very concerning. I do not recommend this platform at all, especially for people who are in vulnerable situations and simply looking for a job.
I am currently escalating this issue through my bank and consumer protection channels.
Be very careful before using this service.
