Dear Sir/Madam,

Good evening. I would like to request a refund for the subscription I paid for on your website, Resumaker.nl, which was approximately €4.and deducted my account almost 30 euros which is very important for me that I worked for it for almost 3 hours and you just get it one snap.

I made a resume to apply for a job, and now I have gotten a job as a waitress. However, my salary is only €14 per hour, and I am only working 3 hours on Tuesday and 3 hours on Thursday, which is a total of 6 hours per week. Because of this, my income is very limited.

I also have a baby who is 8 months old, and I am supporting my family, including sending money for my brother’s tuition in the Philippines. Due to my financial situation, I really need my money back.

I did not even use the subscription after I paid for it. I was not aware that I had subscribed to a paid service when I created my resume. I am also Filipino and I do not understand Dutch well, so it was difficult for me to understand the terms and conditions.

Because of these reasons, I kindly ask for your understanding and request a refund.

TOTAL SCAM

Be careful: this is a scam with fake reviews. They lure you in with a 0.99 euro CV but then switch on a 29.90 per month subscription. This needs to reported to ECC.

SCAM company!! SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM company!!! Do not believe in the fake reviews. Report through EU's ODR platform - they charge you 1 Euro initially to download - which looks ok... then after two weeks you are charged 30 without any warning. Account delete option hidden in Contact - no details of the company. Pure SCAM.
