I never received my items and reached out to the support team, but I still haven't heard back. It's frustrating that the tracking indicates they're in another country while the site claims to have local inventory. This is utterly ridiculous.

Beware of This Company!

I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order. What a complete joke of a company. They don’t provide a way to speak with someone, won’t respond to emails, and only use a chatbot for communication. They charge for products they won’t deliver and ignore inquiries. You'd be better off throwing your money away than dealing with them.

Zero Stars Would Be Better

I wish I could give them zero stars. My package was delivered while I was away, and instead of securing it, they left it at my front door. I informed them it was likely taken and requested a replacement or refund, but both were denied. Now I’m out $80, and they seem indifferent.

Terrible Experience

This company is awful! Products were low quality and missing parts. I had to pay over $60 to return items worth $120, and even after they received my return, I still didn’t get a refund. Once they stopped responding to my emails, I filed a chargeback, and they pressured me to cancel it with promises of a larger refund, but threatened me when I refused. I wish I had checked reviews before wasting my time and money. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Avoid Purchasing Here

Do NOT BUY! There is no support in the USA. I don’t understand where the positive reviews come from. Everything ships from overseas, and my projector didn’t work as advertised. There’s no customer support phone number, and returns incur hefty fees. My second order is still missing after 25 days, and I was told I’d have to pay to return it. I requested to cancel my order but was told it was impossible. Spend a little more and buy locally; this has been a waste of time and money.

Refund Process is a Joke

I attempted to get a refund since they didn’t provide a delivery date. They informed me that refunds are only available within five minutes of ordering. After that, I would have to wait for the return process, which could take up to 30 days. What a ridiculous policy! This website should be banned.
