I started a 7-day trial on January 15 but was charged $24.95 on March 1 for a renewal, which is far beyond the 7-day trial period stated in your policy. I also did not receive any billing or renewal notification before the charge or even after being charged not even a receipt. Had to call my bank to verify.
I have already tried reaching out to support and received no response whatsoever. I’m also seeing many similar complaints about this issue on Reddit.
