I purchased the €2.95 trial on February 18. After the trial ended, €24.95 was automatically charged.
What was surprising is that the €24.95 renewal price was not clearly and prominently disclosed during the purchase process. The trial payment was visible, but the subsequent monthly charge was not presented in a sufficiently transparent way.
I cancelled the subscription immediately after noticing the charge and contacted support requesting a refund.
As a consumer in the EU, online contracts are subject to the 14-day withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU. In addition, subscription renewals must be clearly disclosed before the consumer commits to the purchase.
Unfortunately, I have not received a response so far.
I hope the company will resolve this matter promptly and process the refund. Otherwise, I will proceed with a complaint to the European Consumer Centre and a chargeback through my payment provider.
At the moment, based on this experience, I cannot recommend the service.
