The customer service was great. Scheduling the pick up was easy and there were many options for delivery date/time availability. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars was that the hauler used for picking up the item did not show up within the 5-hour time frame they required. Because the end of the time frame was after hours as we are on the West Coast and we were not given any contact information for the hauler, we waited 5 hours in vane. But once we heard back from ReSupply, they were committed to finding another hauler and rescheduling as soon as possible, which was appreciated. The second scheduling went perfectly.
