While Resupply came out to my apartment quickly to pick up my couch, they did not tell me that the presence of one dog hair would make it ineligible for donation. I thoroughly vacuumed this couch and had 2 other donation agencies say it was perfectly fine to be donated (after looking at close-up photos of the couch), although neither of them could pick it up for 3-4 months (too long for me to wait). When Resupply saw my couch, they said that it couldn't be donated and would have to be recycled thus (conveniently for them) increasing the price for it to be removed. I don't think that I'll use Resupply again in the future.
