Goodwill used to be a great company to request pickup donations through. Since they're now contracting out moving companies to do their pickup, they charge & the companies are very unprofessional. I scheduled my pickup on Tues, November 25, 2025 for a Saturday, November 29th pickup window of 8am-12pm. I called to be sure they were still coming at 7:24am. The phone rep was nice & confirmed my scheduled pick up window, stating they'll call me w/in 30min of them arriving. I NEVER received a call! But a rep named, "Karla Q****nez" texted me @9:59am, but DIDN'T call me at all, stating that my delivery was canceled & that I could a reschedule or cancel. That was VERY unacceptable considering that I drove from Kentucky to Tennessee to get this done today! I ended up calling "Hunks for Junk" who got it all done in 1hr! Goodwill your ethics have gone down hill with using these contractors.
