When we had furniture that we needed to move out of our apartment, we wanted to donate it where it could be used best. We reached out to several companies and only Resupply responded. The glitch happened when the driver didn't show up due to a misunderstanding on his part. Communication with Resupply to try to fix the situation at that point felt slow, but eventually worked out.
