Update: Issue below is now fixed; re-rated.Original review: "Resy apparently thinks it's okay the site doesn't load"resy.com doesn't load (as http://) on all major browsers except select cases in Chrome. http should redirect to https, like pretty much every other site out there. Excuses from resy included the site not being optimized for mobile so the app or desktop should be used instead (it doesn't work on desktop either, btw). Took about 15 emails between myself and staff before they finally forwarded it to the appropriate team (or claimed to), during which they called me a number of different names. It was like dealing with Starbucks. Will re-rate if it gets fixed.
