When I requested evidence, they declined. The representative mentioned they weren't obliged to provide anything. Essentially, the seller refused to meet their obligations and denied my refund request, as well as any contact information for higher management. I understand that a small team might struggle to find competent support, but this was excessive. It seems the representative doesn't grasp the source of her salary. I plan to dispute the transaction with my bank and file a complaint with consumer protection. This situation is unacceptable; I'm left speechless.
