I have never experienced such a combination of poor software design and outright hostile customer service.
The Software: Even as a paid user, you are never left in peace. The product is essentially "ad-ware" disguised as a professional tool. It constantly pushes pop-ups and advertisements for other products directly inside Photoshop with no way to disable them. Even after unsubscribing from their marketing emails, the software itself continues to upsell you. It is bloated, intrusive, and distracting.
The Licensing Nightmare: You have zero control over your own purchase. There is no dashboard to manage your activations. When I bought a new laptop and tried to move my software, I was locked out and forced to "beg" for access to a product I already paid for.
The Support (Anastacia, Support Specialist):
This was the breaking point. Instead of helping with a simple hardware migration, Anastacia was incredibly unprofessional and accusatory.
False Accusations: She directly accused me of "reselling" or sharing my license with third parties simply because I moved to a new device.
Gaslighting: When I expressed frustration at the lack of a management dashboard, she was condescending, comparing my technical grievances to "disliking the color green."
Hostility: She labeled me as "toxic" for simply asserting my right to use the software on my own hardware.
It is mind-blowing that a paying customer has to "explain themselves" and endure insults from a support agent just to install a plugin on a new computer. Anastacia and this company clearly have no respect for their users' time or privacy. Save your money and find an alternative that doesn't treat you like a criminal for upgrading your laptop.

Following that, I faced numerous accusations: they claimed I violated the contract, betrayed their trust, and shared keys with others, stating I wouldn't receive any more keys. The interaction with customer support was extremely frustrating; they were rude and called me dishonest. I've saved all the correspondence. The representative I dealt with acted irrationally, claiming she could predict my messages, insisted I got the best product at an unbeatable price, and warned that disputing it would lead to my account being banned. When I requested evidence, they declined. The representative mentioned they weren't obliged to provide anything. Essentially, the seller refused to meet their obligations and denied my refund request, as well as any contact information for higher management. I understand that a small team might struggle to find competent support, but this was excessive. It seems the representative doesn't grasp the source of her salary. I plan to dispute the transaction with my bank and file a complaint with consumer protection. This situation is unacceptable; I'm left speechless.

I enjoy the plugins and cloud features, though I sometimes require assistance with certain functions. Tim's support was outstanding—friendly, prompt, reliable, and patient in clarifying how everything works. He made the process simple and understandable. Unfortunately, my experiences with other support staff have not been as positive. The contrast was significant enough for me to write this review. Tim exemplifies what customer support should be. The service needs more individuals like him. Five stars for both the product and Tim's assistance.
