I did not receive the quality of dress that I ordered. The picture showed a thick velvet fabric, I got thin cheap fabric. I didn't return it, but posted a photo of the real item, to share what you’ll actually receive. They messaged me offering a full refund, while telling me the photography and lighting was what made it look different. Not true, but I did receive the refund.
