The support agent Yomi, was very helpful and kind when I requested a return for an item that did not work for me. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
I've ordered from Retro Stage twice now, and both times, I was very happy with the pieces I received. The first time was a lovely green velvet dress that fit like a glove and was a nice, thick fabric that definitely felt high-quality. The second time, I ordered a swimsuit and a dress for vacation, and both were lovely! The swimsuit fit as described and had nice padding in the top, and the dress was very cute and exactly as pictured. I was worried that the shipping would be slow, but both of my orders came well before the events I needed them for, and were packaged perfectly. I am definitely a fan and will be ordering again!
The clothes are all great for the price (the styles are all one of a kind that you can’t find elsewhere). Customer Service was on point with quick replies and very friendly/helpful. I made an error with my purchase (completely on me as I somehow put the wrong size in my cart), and Yomi was super helpful with getting MY error resolved. Thanks Yomi!

The products are fantastic with such a high quality, although the pricing may be slightly high. The variety of styles and clothing is great as it provides a wide range of choices. Although the return policy may be long winded, its useful to speak to the customer service team about exchanges and processes available. Although I've had a long process in applying for an exchange, Yomi has helped and incredible amount with informing me of the options I had around return or exchange, with many different options to fit my needs to the best of her ability. Yomi, in customer services, has been nothing but helpfull and prompt with responding.
I have purchased many items from Retro Stage over the years and have always been very impressed with the style and quality of the products. I often get compliments on my Retro Stage outfits, and their service and price keeps my coming back for more! I recently had to return a jumpsuit item due to it being too small, and customer service agent Yomi was most helpful and prompt with resolving the issue.
I absolutely love Retro Stage. I've bought items from heels to a rainbow jumpsuit, and I have been happy every time. Every item I have purchased has been very good quality. I am excited to get home when I know I have a Retro Stage delivery waiting for me.
I absolutely loved how adorable my outfit was and the quality of the material. Unfortunately, I received it in a size too small and was hoping to exchange it for a larger size. When I reached out to the support team, one of the representatives provided excellent advice and offered a solution that minimized fees! She was incredibly helpful, especially since I have a trip coming up soon! Great service and team; I will definitely purchase more items in the future!
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size bathing suit, but it was stunning, so I collaborated with the support team to get the right size, and I absolutely adore it! It's so beautiful and appears quite luxurious. So far, I have loved everything I've received from the seller and will certainly continue shopping with them in the future.
I truly question the authenticity of these reviews. I've found much better quality items elsewhere. The quality was terrible (it appeared as if it was made by a child), and the sizing was excessively large, about 3-4 sizes too big. Additionally, the delivery took over a month. I will not be buying from this seller again, and I would advise others to reconsider as well.
