23 days today since I made my purchase. Emailed customer service after waiting 16 days to ship. Received an email back stating my items were out of stock, but should be restocked that week. I don’t believe that, only because when I tried to order a different color first, it wouldn’t let me because it was out of stock. My friend whom ordered the exact same item as I, on the same day, received her tracking number. I gave them 2 stars because I did get an email response. I’ll update if I ever get the items ordered or not. Update as of 11/19/25: I was informed They do have 1 of my items in stock & will send it asap.
