The item itself is beautiful. It came just as expected. The color, the buttons, the stitching, and the design are all as expected. I did need to exchange for a smaller size. The email option to initiate an exchange did not work. It took a few back and forth phone calls to get someone on the phone. We had to argue that the exchange was in the acceptable timeframe, which it was. Once we had email contact the issue was remedies quickly and with satisfaction. The customer service person Yomi was prompt and helpful.
