**Edit: My intitial review was flagged by Retro-Stage for containing advertising or promotional content, and temporarily removed. It was only reinstated once I queried TrustPilot about it.**This is the second review I've written for this company after my last review was flagged by Retro-Stage for promoting the payment system I used to pay for my order! I'm shocked that they would stoop that low in order to influence their TrustPilot score.I used Retro-Stage to puy a 1930s style maxi dress back in May, and received an email saying I would be told when the item was dispatched. After 9 days I still hadn't heard anything, so I emailed them to inquire about the delay. I didn't receive a response to this email so after 3 weeks I instigated a charge-back through the online payment sytem I used to pay, and was refunded immediately. I still haven't been informed what caused the original delay with the item. My order number was FD711501
