I recently ordered a Swim dress from Retro Stage and even though I accidentally chose the wrong size (which was completely on me since they are true to size), the entire experience turned out to be incredibly positive thanks to their amazing customer service—especially Yomi, who went above and beyond to help me! The item itself was gorgeous great quality, beautiful vintage design, and exactly as pictured. Even though it didn’t fit due to my mistake with sizing, I could tell it would have been perfect in the correct size.When I reached out for help, Yomi was the representative assigned to help and they were fantastic—super kind, responsive, and patient. They guided me through the return/exchange process with clear instructions and made sure everything went smoothly. It's rare these days to get such personalized, thoughtful support!My only small suggestion would be to maybe add a little more detail to the size guide (like stretch/give or how the fit runs) to help customers make a more accurate choice up front.Overall, I’m really happy with the experience and will definitely be ordering again—this time in the right size!
