I ordered an article back in April for a jumpsuit, costing around 50 bucks. The prices seemed okay for what I was getting and for the small bit of jumpsuit it was, I wanted to order something to try it out. The cut, the design it all seemed to be too good to be true.And it was. To this day, almost midst of June, I haven't gotten my article. I was two times in contact with the customer service and I tried to infer about my order status. On their website they claim that you'll get an E-Mail when the item has been shipped out but guess what? That's not true. I never got an E-Mail, instead I was spammed with "new deals" - this or "reduced price" - price that, kind of E-Mails.So I asked TWO times, nicely, if my order has been sent out over the course of an entire month. I was being patient and the first time they told me that the article was out of stock and needed time to be brought back into stock. That it's taking about a week to get back into stock and a couple of days to send it out. So I waited. Two weeks or so after, I hit them up again, because I was faithfully hoping to get that confurmation-E-Mail that my item has been sent. But I didn't, so I asked again and again:'Item is out of stock, will be sent in the next three days'. I waited two weeks again. Because maybe the confirmation-E-Mail won't come but my package? To this day I haven't gotten my piece of clothing, wasted 50 bucks into nothing that I won't get back anymore. I just recently asked for a refund. Usually they are instantaneous with their replies. Nothing, Nada. Up until now, when I wrote an E-Mail, with the header 'Refund for my article', guess what? They never answered to this day of June.They won't give you a refund, they won't send it out. They'll keep you by a loose thread. DO NOT BUY! This is a scam company!Also, I've seen a couple of reviews, talking about how this company deletes and reports reviews here, I can always copy and paste my review again, so don't even try. If you scam people of 50€ and ignore every attempt at a refund, at least leave the 1 star reviews. :)
