The quality of the clothing is not "bad", but I am glad that the clothes are not very high-priced, as the quality is not extremely good, either. The sizing is a little frustrating, because what it listed actually puts me in between sizes, so that I ordered the higher size, just in case. Only 2 out of 4 items work, simply because I can use an elastic belt on top to give myself some shape again. The other 2 items will just remain too big unless I pay to have them altered---which would cost more than the items. So, I inquired about returning or replacing them, as a few reviews made that sound like it had been a positive experience---at least in getting replacements, anyway. It *seemed* like it would be good, because they suggested that as the time would take very long, and I would be paying more shipping each way, that instead of returning my items, they could replace them with any 2 items of my choice for a total of $22 more. I decided to do that, researched what I wanted, let them know. 2 weeks later, I had not heard anything, so I reached out. "Coincidentally", the next day I receive a notice of a tracking number. They literally had not even dropped either item off to the shipper until I reached out, and at that time, they blamed this on one of the items being out of stock, which it still was. I asked why I had not received notice any sooner about the delay, and there was never really a response to that other than a minor apology. The 2nd items seemed to have been shipped some days later. . .But here I am 4 weeks after I placed the replacement order, and I have received nothing. The tracking numbers they provide give VERY vague information. I have no idea where anything is. So. Don't go into this with very high expectations. I typically buy secondhand clothes for the sake of environmental and human rights concerns. I made an exception in this case due to needing some retro style items. I am uncertain if I will be buying from here again. We will see how these replacement items fit, in the smaller size, if they ever get here. Update: The other items arrived, and both are a little too small. A set of pajamas and a dress in the smaller size. So, the size small is too small, but the size medium items are too big. Unfortunately at this point, it means that 4 out of 6 total items purchased are not usable, and it was a lesson that cost me around 120 dollars or so. (And the "usable" items are only usable if I put a belt on them.) I do appreciate the thoughtful & kind response, even if it has not changed the outcome for me.
