I sent them a message to try to figure out the exchange process because I really like the swimsuit design but need one that fits. Yomi from their customer service team messaged me back after hours and very promptly to my email. I was so surprised how fast I got an email back and how helpful they were. Not only that but they sent me options to try to save me some extra money. I'm very appreciative how fast and helpful they have been through this process.
