I ordered three items, using the conversion chart to UK sizing. I waited absolutely ages for the items to ship. I kept checking it online (btw - the tracking data is not up to date I have now found out!). When the items eventually arrived, two were far too small, and one was too big. Cheap and cheerful material, but size issue is a major problem, especially when you are waiting so long for items to arrive. I won't re-order from this company again. Update note- interesting to see you have commented on here regarding providing further information to your customer service - but I had already done this, and not yet received a reply. Yet on this review you sound keen to put right any issues..... perhaps replying to customer service issues regarding return of items for refund may be a start....further update note, now you have changed your original reply to make it look as if you had previously contacted me, I note you now have - but you have ignored that I have asked to return for a refund, and instead have concentrated on exchanging items for another size. As your size charts are inconsistant, I do not wish to exchange items, as if the sizes are still wrong, I will have to pay another postage fee to return them. Please provide details to me on how to return items for a full refund!
