Until now, I've bought twice at retro-stage. I love the lines of the clothes, it's so cute!!! I had problems with 2 items that was'nt the good size and the customer service, with Yomi, was so easy to use, the contact was great and so respectful! The solutions were easy and totally convenient!!! Retro-stage is really my "go to" when I want to indulge myself with new, beautiful clothes and I'm always sure that if there is something that does'nt fit, it wont be complicated and shameful to solve the problem!!
