Hello, I had recently purchased a dress from Retro-Stage. I've purchased from them before and the prompt shipping and quality of the clothes is EXCELLENT! I received the dress, tried it on, and realized I needed a medium size instead of the small that I normally wear. I contacted their customer service team, and within just a few hours received a response. Instead of sending the small dress back to exchange for a medium, they're sending the new one for FREE! They said it's because to send it back to them overseas would be way to expensive for me. Yomi is the representative that helped me and I'm just completely blown away by their prompt answers as well as how great this company is as a whole. Thanks SO much Yomi and Retro - Stage clothing!
