I placed an order in November for Christmas outfits, Delivery took weeks, the items were shipped separately after receiving the first 2 items they did not work, I asked to exchange them in hopes I would receive in time for the Holiday. I was told via email to wait until I rcvd my complete order. So of course other items did not deliver until after Christmas in the meantime I did ask again if I could return the item to exchange everytime being told to wait. The last 2 items do show as delivered however I live in a complex and fear my packages were stolen. I asked the company to resend the items or refund. After shipping back all other items rcvd. They also do not cover the shipping cost to return items. I have a thread of 42 emails finally I was told they will refund half of the cost of the missing items or they will reship but I would have to pay for the shipping. I opted for atleast the refund of half just to be done. I have asked for a manager several times. The last email I received was basically a repeat of previous and not honoring the offer to refund. Now they will not reply to email and trying to call I only get a voicemail. Worst customer service ever. I work for an ecommerce company and we would never treat our customers this way. Shipping time frame is not as they say takes so much longer.
