I noticed Retro-Stage because of their prices. I’ve returned for the quality of the items and the customer service. My first time ordering, one of the dresses I ordered was on backorder (which they alerted me to via email without my needing to ask first). When it appeared that it may not restock, they contacted me again and offered solutions. Instead of a refund, I chose to receive a free replacement. I didn’t know if there were parameters (like if it needed to be the same price or not), so I sent a backup option. I ended up receiving both! It was such a surprise (the second came separately)! I went back to purchase a swimsuit for a cruise, and it shipped quickly. After arriving, I was so impressed by the quality, and was so bummed that it didn’t fit me (my torso was a little too long). I’ve been in contact with Yomi from Customer Service, and they’ve been so friendly and accommodating, offering options beyond returning it (I would have to pay for the return and possible exchange, which I was fine with after saving so much on the suit in the first place). Once again, I was so impressed with customer service. Between that and how nice the products are (I always get compliments on my Retro-Stage items!), I definitely plan on returning. I also love how they include how much stretch the product has, too! It’s so helpful.
