I ordered a 1940's style Christmas dress. The material is like tissue paper. Hem of the skirt isn't finished. The belt is like plastic. I suppose I should have assumed it would be poor quality when it only cost about $50. I don't have much hope for the winter coat I ordered as well, which still has not shipped
