I purchased a nice A-line dress pea coat that is difficult to find anywhere else. I can't wear it. I still gave it a five-star rating because the fact that I can't wear it is totally my fault. The sizes were clear and I ordered my regular medium size, but I did not see that a Medium was a size 6 instead of an 8. My bad. When I saw that it was shipped from an international seller, I was anxious about how the quality would turn out. I was so impressed by the quality. However, I took one star off because I wish I could exchange it for the correct size, but as soon as I opened it I threw the packaging away. Who could have known I would need a picture of the packaging to do a simple exchange? If they correct this, they will have return customers.Update: I must update my rating. The seller reached out to me and I appreciate their stellar customer service and sincerity. I was mistaken about needing to take a picture of the packaging to simply exchange the coat. The seller sent the correct size and the quality of the coat was excellent! I get compliments on this coat wherever I go. They now have a repeat customer.
