I bought the cutest Halloween dress and loved it! I ordered a cute Christmas dress and it doesn't fit I the company will not respond to my emails! They only give you a 2 weeks deadline to return and I feel like I'm being ignored so I cannot make a return. Horrible customer service! Their clothes are so cute but now I don't want to do business with them!My bad, there was a response in my spam emails. I have replied back and i'll see how the return goes.Update 12/22/24They sent me 3 choices for return. 1. Keep the dress and they will send another size for$102. Keep the dress and refund me $6 for a $36 dress. 3. Return the dress at my cost.So I returned 2 dresses for $26 shipping and they will only refund 1 dress for $36. I spent $59 originally. So if you you are ok with that customer service buyer beware and bye at your own risk of getting ripped off by this company. I will never buy from them again!
