I didn't expect much for the price and as it was for a Halloween costume I didn't need the quality to be particularly high but, WOW... The dress was not only the worst quality thing I have EVER purchased (shapeless, terrible fabric, badly put together and absolutely nothing like the photo) it was also clearly a previous return (the plastic protective bag it was shipped in was obviously reused and was held together with sticky tape). The dress itself had loose threads and even dirt smudges on the inside of the fabric. I only didn't bother with a return because I've read how problematic they can be with this company and it took so long to reach me (over a month) that I didn't have enough time to buy something else for my costume. Instead I will be altering the dress myself so that it is at least wearable for one night. There were quite a few items that I liked on the website but sadly I will not be buying from them again and I can only be thankful that I didn't waste my money on one of the more expensive dresses.*EDIT* I have adjusted my star rating due to some really excellent customer service. My experience of the dress is still the same but contact with the company and the solution they offered was 1st class and will definitely positively impact the chances that I would purchase from them again. It's really great when a company goes above and beyond and that deserves recognition.
