I placed two orders with the company. My second order included a presale item, and I only found out after purchasing that nothing from that order would ship until the presale item was released. When I requested a refund for that order, they rushed to ship part of it to avoid giving me my money back, and now I have to dispute it with my credit card company as a fraudulent charge. My first order, which did not include a presale item, arrived, but one product was completely defective and poorly sewn. The sizing was inconsistent across all garments, even though they were labeled the same size. One of the dresses felt so cheap and poorly made that it resembled a discount Halloween costume. The materials are subpar, the craftsmanship is sloppy, and it doesn't compare to what was shown online. The support team will do anything to avoid processing a refund. I regret spending money here! I've purchased $5 dresses elsewhere that are of better quality than this. These clothes are cheap, poorly made, ill-fitting, and resemble knockoffs. The entire site feels like a scam. The company seems to be focused solely on making quick profits. I exchanged several emails with the support team, and while they claim they'll assist with returns, they haven't taken any real steps to initiate the process. I even received an email saying to send the items back and provide carrier information, but they offered no shipping details to facilitate that. Additionally, they expect me to pay a fee for the return and cover shipping costs, despite the fact that the garments were defective and unusable.
