I have ordered two bathing suits. I always got informed about the status of my order, so I knew when it was going to arrive. One of the bathing suits was not exactly my style, which I did not know, until I could try it on at home. The support team (especially a lady called Mona) was very nice and gave me different options how to solve the problem. I have chosen to get another bathing suit without the need of sending the other one back. The support team has told me, that it is better for the environment not to send so many stuff back. I find it very good, that the online retailer is thinking of the ecological impact of their business. I would absolutely recommend this shop to people, who want swimwear with an individual style.
