After requesting an exchange because the delivered piece is too small, we got an email with the following offer:If you write us a positive review, share a screenshot and in the best case mention "Mona", I will send you a replacement in the other size without the need of sending back the item that is too small.---I am not open to join this deception. This is fraud in the most crazy way and these are business practices nobody should accept.
Great contact with the service line. I ordered the wrong size and couldn't sent the item back in time due to holidays. I stayed in contact with the help desk who was always well informed and supportive. The item was too large (since I ordered the wrong size), but I really liked the color and cut.
I have ordered two bathing suits. I always got informed about the status of my order, so I knew when it was going to arrive. One of the bathing suits was not exactly my style, which I did not know, until I could try it on at home. The support team (especially a lady called Mona) was very nice and gave me different options how to solve the problem. I have chosen to get another bathing suit without the need of sending the other one back. The support team has told me, that it is better for the environment not to send so many stuff back. I find it very good, that the online retailer is thinking of the ecological impact of their business. I would absolutely recommend this shop to people, who want swimwear with an individual style.
The bathing suits are cute and good quality for their price. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and contacted the service through email which was quite easy and nice since I always got a reply. My main residence is in Germany and after confirming my refund and return, I noticed that it would cost way too much since the return address is in the USA. After talking it through and being honest, they gave me more time since I would fortunately spent my holidays in the USA which would make it easier and cheaper to send back.Overall it was a nice experience and though I didn't get a bathing suit, I would recommend buying here if you know your size and style.
I've had nothing but good experiences with Retro State. Their communication is really great, the shipping is quite fast, and the quality of the items varies from average to very good.
