Retrolinen is either a scam or incompetent.It says clearly on the website "easy returns". My experience was the total opposite. They didn't even give me the option to return the item which was the incorrect size. I.order ed 3 pairs of shoes. 2 pair fit fine the other were the wrong size. When i tried to return them, they insisted on giftimg me a 30% discount on the next order. The discount code they said they sent was never arriving. I had to write them at least 20 times. Finally it arrived and i made another order. This time the shoes were NOT what i ordered,.similar, but not the shies i ordered.Nightmare experiemce with Retrolinen
